2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

4. Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Not have any stains, odors, or physical damage caused after delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


5. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images or videos of the product

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours

  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email

Do not send products back without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


6. Reverse Pickup Policy

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your location

  • If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the item from your address

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address

Important:
Return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated during approval.


7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, dislike, change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. Refund Policy

  • Debit Card

  • Wallets (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting your details.


9. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after successful inspection

  • It may take an additional 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The original packaging or tags are missing

  • Minor damage is found that was not due to shipping

The refund amount will be decided after inspection.


11. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for size or defective issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Only the same product can be exchanged (no design or product change)

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be initiated instead


12. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, customers may request a return after delivery as per our return policy.


13. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Share clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Keep the original packaging intact until the issue is resolved

Failure to report within the specified time may result in rejection of the claim.


14. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we are not responsible for failed delivery

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • If the package is returned to us due to delivery failure, refund (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping charges


15. Color and Size Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and sizes accurately. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings

  • Size variations of 1–2 cm may occur due to manual measurement

Such variations do not qualify as defects.
